LED METER – LED TEST TOOL

The LedMeter tool is used to test LEDs commonly mounted on electronic boards.
This smart tool measures:
-RGB
-Tint
-XY chromaticity
-Color Saturation
-Relative intensity and wavelength in nanometers.
LedMeter has a modular architecture for easy scalability, based on i2C communication: each control module can
manage up to 64 sensors and is available in TTL version <> USB and RS232. The software included in the tool allows
the acquisition of selected channels, which are then displayed on the host PC screen in a clear and easy to understand format.
DEVICE CLIP- PROGRAMMING TOOL
DeviceClip is the new universal programmer,
designed for In-System Programming (ISP) of semiconductor devices.

The multi-channel design allows you to program up to 4 different targets in parallel with a single DeviceClip module. To program up to 64 targets simultaneously, simply connect up to 16 DeviceClip modules in cascade.
Its extremely compact dimensions and modularity allow it to be positioned at the minimum distance from the target device to be programmed. DeviceClip can be easily integrated into flying probe systems, test fixtures and bed of needles systems.
Furthermore, it was designed as a Stand Alone programmer for R&D laboratories.
There are at least 10 reasons to choose DeviceClip, the new universal programmer designed for In-System (ISP) programming of semiconductor devices.
- Only One Tool: DeviceClip is a universal programmer designed for programming all types of semiconductor devices (microcontrollers, serial memories, programmable logic devices).
- Simultaneous Programming: the completely independent 4-channel architecture allows you to program up to 4 different target devices in parallel using a single DeviceClip module. Each channel independently executes programming scripts.
- High Channel Count: DeviceClip is a modular platform. Up to 16 DeviceClip modules can be cascaded to program up to 64 targets simultaneously. 3.
- Industry Fastest ISP: DeviceClip programming speed is maximum: it is only limited by the speed of the target device to be programmed.4.
- Robust Target Interface: DeviceClip, unlike most In-System programming tools, protects the programmer from unwanted surges and surges. 5.
- Galvanic Isolation: DeviceClip is equipped with solid state micro relays for all channels of the target target. DeviceClip can work in Galvanic Isolation mode, separating itself from the destination targets and/or the Host System.
- Stand-Alone Tool: DeviceClip it can work as a Stand-Alone programming station for R&D laboratories. Programming is managed by an opto-isolated I/O interface that supports handshaking protocol. Offers Host Controlled operations (typically LAN or RS-232) and autonomous. In Stand-Alone mode, no host is required, the instrument is controlled by an opto-isolated handshaking I/O interface.
- Easy to Use: DeviceClip was conceived and designed to provide users with unparalleled flexibility. Every single detail has been designed to simplify system integration (with ATE, PC, etc.). First in its category of tools, the control panel DeviceClip it is not a software application to install, but a standard HTML5 interface, perfectly compatible with all operating systems. Operations are controlled via a simple browser.
- Cost Reductions: The advanced features of the DeviceClip enable time-saving policies, increase reliability, keep industrial installation and operating costs as low as ever seen for a professional-level instrument.
EASY TO USE
The DeviceClip features a built-in control panel, so no host software installation is required. Compatible with every operating system, all you need to control the DeviceClip is a browser. DeviceClip’s modular architecture enables the creation of ISP tools with a large number of channels without the need for routers or switches. Only one host interface is required to manage all channels. Furthermore, when used in standalone mode, the host computer is not necessary at all.
LOW PRODUCTION COSTS
So far, industrial ISP equipment has been implemented using different, non-universal tools from different vendors. This leads to a high cost for implementing ISP on production lines. Different tools require more learning time (different interfaces, different commands, more spare parts, etc.)
CUSTOMIZATION OF TARGETS
The DeviceClip has a powerful server for managing target variables (serial numbers, MAC addresses, calibration values or any other user-defined customization data). The result is very simple PCBA customization. Variable management can also be achieved in autonomous operating mode, when no host is connected. Default user CSV files containing target card customization data can be uploaded to the SD card to be automatically managed by LynOS.
COMPACT
The DeviceClip is very compact (only 100 x 60 x 10 mm) and has been designed to be positioned extremely close to the target (just a few millimeters away). This size allows the DeviceClip to be integrated into any test device. It is a perfect solution for complex test equipment, where space constraints often prevent positioning instruments close to the target.
ADVANTAGES
- Full device support
- Maximum programming speed
- Extremely large number of parallel ISP channels
- Greater reliability
- Lower production costs
RELIABILITY
All DeviceClips are very robust and protected against possible surges or short circuits from the target PCB. The operations performed by the DeviceClip are stamped and saved in log files on SD Card, always available for traceability and analysis. The status of programming operations is constantly monitored for any anomaly conditions, immediately communicated to the operators through a series of alarms. Furthermore, very short target wiring reduces signal noise improving process reliability.
