Smart Industry solutions for the factory of the future
Munich, 18-21 November 2025 – Stand A1-538
Canavisia, an innovative company within the Seica Group, will be present at Productronica 2025, the leading international trade show for electronics manufacturers, where it will present Smart Industry solutions designed to support manufacturing companies in the transition to Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0. Through integrated hardware and software platforms, Canavisia offers tools for real-time monitoring of production processes, advanced data analysis, and smart supervision of production lines, with the aim of making factories increasingly efficient, safe, and sustainable. At the same time, Canavisia continues to evolve its Smart Tools line, advanced tools usable as stand-alone solutions or integrated into production lines, designed for electronics designers, test engineers, and production specialists.
Booth A1-538, visitors will find cutting-edge modular and scalable systems that perfectly meet the needs of manufacturing companies, service departments, and research and development centers. They will be able to experience firsthand the potential of C-Track systems for batch tracking and process optimization; C-SuperVisor for centralized supervision and integration with ERP and MES systems; and Canavision, a software platform designed for real-time data visualization and alarm management.
Other solutions will be presented such as C-Energy, the solution dedicated to energy monitoring and consumption reduction, and C-Analytics, which offers tools for data analysis and strategic decision support. Also previewed will be C-AIoT a new platform currently under development that will integrate artificial intelligence and intelligent agents for the continuous optimization of industrial processes. Interoperability is a key element of Canavisia solutions, which guarantee full compatibility with third-party systems and machinery thanks to support for major industrial protocols, including OPC UA, Modbus, and CFX. Canavisa’s ecosystem of services supports companies through every phase of digital transformation, completing its comprehensive offering. These range from remote data management and analysis via cloud solutions to professional system installation and testing, and even personalized training programs for operators and technicians. After-sales support and technical consultancy are an integral part of the offering, with the aim of ensuring maximum efficiency, maintenance, and the implemented solutions up to date.
DeviceClip, LedMeter and the MINI Platform, which make up the Smart Tools line, offer innovative ways to increase industrial efficiency and flexibility and are ideal for both small and large-scale production. Demo stations will be in Booth A1-538, where our experts will be available to demonstrate their full potential.
DeviceClip is a universal in-system programming (ISP) tool capable of programming all types of semiconductor devices, including microcontrollers, serial memories, and programmable logic devices from any manufacturer. This modular system is configurable with up to 64 fully independent ISP channels, offering maximum flexibility. Each channel is customizable to support different targets, while its high-performance microcomputer ensures the fastest programming speeds for any device.
LedMeter is a specialized instrument for testing LEDs mounted on electronic boards. This intelligent instrument measures RGB, hue, XY chromaticity, color saturation, intensity, and wavelength in nanometers. Its scalable and modular architecture, based on i2C communication, can manage up to 64 sensors per module, available with TTL <> USB and RS232 interfaces.
The MINI Test Platform, part of Seica’s VIVA Integrated Platform (VIP™), is a highly useful and cost-effective solution for developing customized benchmarks for ICT and functional testing. It offers a wide range of integrated instruments, switching matrices, and user-friendly power supplies. Users have extensive freedom in choosing configurations and programming languages: the VIP™ platform allows for easy integration of commercially available instrumentation, and test sequences can be developed using the VIVA Test Studio environment and a wide range of third-party software, including LabView©, TestStand©, C, and Python. Unlike most in-house “rack-and-stack” test benches, the MINI test solution includes comprehensive user documentation and a self-diagnostics program, ensuring sustainability and maintainability over time, even in the event of resource turnover.
The technologies developed by Canavisia do not simply meet the standards of Industry 4.0, but look forward, towards Transition 5.0, a new phase where the integration of artificial intelligence, environmental sustainability and energy efficiency become central elements in defining industrial strategies.
